Nice staff and a clean place

Going for a beauty treatment's meant to be a lovely, luxe, relaxing experience, isn't it? I had Gel nails and Waxing done at Soul Result and I was very unhappy with the outcome and the way I was received. The two treatments were supposed to take about 2 hours. The girl that was performing the treatments must have been in a big rush for something, even though there was nobody else in the salon. I was done within minutes and the result was awful. I think she has no experience in the field of beauty treatment at all. Also, her customer service skills leave much to be desired, to say the least. I got my nails done again on the same day in a different place by a real professional. Overall the worst salon experience I've ever had.
