I have visited this venue before, and it has certainly changed hands since. The atmosphere is non-existent. The lady who did my treatment was being polite, but had an odd tone of voice which made her sound awfully unfriendly. She cut the skin by my cuticles whist preparing the nails and did not apologise at all. Overall the gel nails were done well. Although it is not CND shellac, and the equipment was not branded either.
Despite having the confirmation e-mail, they repeatedly asked for the booking number, so this is probably something they need to iron out with Wahanda, rather than the customer.
