I've booked myself a massage to take place straight after my micro facial. The massage was not a Thai one as lady is Japanese and does traditional Japanese pressing massage. Nevertheless the whole experience was spot on! You could tell she knows what she's doing and told me lots of things about my body and what to change ie diet to feel better. I will definetly be coming back!
This was my third microdermabrasion session at soul result. I always enjoy it! I had it done by three different ladies each time. The experience was slightly different depending on who was doing it but each time I left very happy and satisfied with the service.
I was highly disappointed with the whole experience of Soul Result, from the nails to the staff. When placing my appointment on Wahanda I was given an option to choose which staff will carry out my nails. I had made two appointments, one for myself and one for my cousin as her birthday treat and I therefore made an appointment with Aurelia (for myself) and Sonia (for my cousin).
Upon arrival they did not have confirmation of either appointment despite sending a confirmation text and making several unanswered phone calls a few days prior. This initial confusion made my cousin and I feel unwelcome from the get go. We then discovered that Sonia was not even present, she was on holiday. I was confused as to why I was allowed to choose her as an option on Wahanda if she was not present. I was disappointed as the purpose was for my cousin and I to have our nails done simultaneously.
Aurelia did not introduce herself to us first of all. I had to wait for my cousin to have hers done first as Sonia was absent. During both our sessions we felt that she had rushed the entire process.
She did not disinfect our hands prior to starting which was what I was expecting. She used her own nails to clean up any spillage on the surrounding cuticles. This made me feel very uncomfortable as this is not hygienic nor professional. She was abrupt and came across slightly rude when doing our nails, almost demanding 'give me your hand!'
As the appointment coincided with her lunch she continuously told us and staff that were walking by that she did not have a chance to have her lunch. This was not our problem as the mix up was the fault of the company and her job was to make us her priority and make us feel welcome as we have paid good money to have this treatment in a professional and friendly manner. We were made to feel totally unwelcome throughout both of our appointments.
Furthermore, while she was doing my nails she would go to the back room and eat her lunch and come back out to continue my nails. This was EXTREMELY unhygienic and rude. I could smell the food on her hands and at this point I wanted to leave.
What really annoyed me most was the fact that she kept pushing me to get certain colour combinations/designs on my nails when I had repeatedly told her I wanted plain black. To this she replied that she did not like to have black in the summer. I did not ask for her opinion nor should she have responded that way to a customers wants. If a customer wanted to have bright green nails with yellow stripes, she should provide that without putting across any of her opinions. The whole process was terrible, rude, unprofessional and unhygienic.
Aurelia also kept telling me to not book any further appointments with Wahanda and to do them straight with Soul Result. I could not believe my ears. The staff here need additional training in what is appropriate to say to customers.
My cousin and I were completely unhappy with the end result (she had shellac and I had gel nail extensions): both of our cuticles were a mess and I had to come home and sort them out myself, making them even and tidy. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.
