Booked with Sandi but when I got to the salon I was informed Sandi no longer worked there, but was assured the new beauty therapist was just as experienced. Although the wax was still very very good and the new beauty therapist was very nice, this was not the almost pain-free wax by Sandi I was used to, which is why I went to her. I would return but with slightly more anxiety about the pain than I usually would have.

Not the best. The massage itself wasn’t very good as it felt like there was very little technique to it
Very oily. Room was too hot and used a fleece blanket instead of towels.
Advertised as 1hr & 10mins was 50 mins
