I very much satisfied from Jill, but not from her colleague. Her colleague had to take her shift and she was acting non professional as she hasn't offered me sunprotector after treatment and she has used the laser by hitting my upper leap instead of touching. Very rude and non professional staff. If it is not Jill on my next session I will reject my sessions.

Jill as always very friendly and professional I always feel at ease and extremely comfortable during my laser hair removal treatment and after. I highly recommend her she is simply brilliant.
