Most reviews here are about Jil, which I'm sure is amazing. I had Blanca. First, i waited like 10 mins outside as the salon was closed. No one answered the phone even. The salon is really run down. Upstairs was a little smelly and old. My facial was so average. I do the same basic steps at home. The mask applied actually started burning my skin. I came home covered in white patches from the cream she put and when i tried removing it with water it became foamy so i'm not even sure what I had on.
