Staff were very friendly and the service was really quick. Great selection of nail colours and it was really good value.

Had a Hollywood waxing done, woman struggled to grab the strip, pulling hair slowly so it was painful, not done properly hair all over the place.
Mani - gel polish applied far from the cuticle so it looks like it was done two weeks ago. No soaking or anything

As much as like the relaxed atmosphere at the salon, very friendly management and that there are two gorgeous dogs walking around the salon, I have to say that my manicure could have been done a bit better. I had a feeling it was done in a rush and that was why the gel started chipping the next day already. Also, it would be nice to have an option to have a proper pedicure as opposed to just having my toe nails painted. Regardless of that I think it's due to lower prices, which is fair enough. I would come back, but next time I have a special occasion I will be willing to pay more to have the best experience and the result possible.
