I had a good experience in South Beach. I got a Hollywood waxing and then my nails filed and painted. Both were quick and at a high standard. The only downside is the staff, one of the ladies wasn't friendly at all and seems not to be happy with her job, she was a little rude and wouldn't engage in a conversation even though when I asked her about additional treatments or prices. On the plus side, there was a lovely polish girl who was happy to have a brief conversation, offered me a lovely cup of peppermint tea and even took some time to show me the colours / adviced what was good for my nails. I ended up not only having what I had bought through treatwell but also having an additional treatment since she honestly cared and took the time to listen to me / what I wanted. If the manager of South Beach is reading this, please let her know she was great on sat and you should reward people who make customers feel at home :)

The offer said it was for hot wax this isn't hot wax, she gave me a strip wax and said 'hot wax gives in-grown hairs' (which isn't true). The overall experience was fine but booked for hot wax so was expecting that.
