When I came in I immediately noticed that the shop was not taking card payments and the reasons given was to keep prices down, which I think is very dodgy. Then the owner or the person on charge, approached one of the staff in a very rude way. She then approached another staff in another room who was with a customer and she told her too what to do in a rude way.
When my beautician arrived, I was taken to a room for my treatment. When removing my shoes I noticed that the floor was absolutely filthy with plenary of animal hair and what looked like human nails. The beautician proceeded to do my upper lip, I immediately noticed that she was rushing and absolutely concerned about time. She did my legs with a roll (never saw this before from a professional beautician), the lines were too long and when she proceeded to remove it was painful and not well done at all. The Brazilian was extremely painful as well because rashes and done with no care. She didn't use gloves throughout the whole thing.
