The lady did my eyebrows and upper lip very quickly - there wasn't anything majorly wrong with what she did but I just would have preferred her to rather take her time and make sure they looked good as I do wear them.

Receptionist is friendly, The rest of the staff isn't. The beautician hurt my lips while threading it, I now have an ugly scratch on my upper lip. I paid for a hot wax for my underarm, she messed it up and hurt me and had to finish the job with strip wax. Never coming back again.
