Place was nice. I arrived early and did call before hand and they said it was ok. The whole experience felt very rushed and no time was taken to check things over.
My threading and waxing missed hairs and has left me burnt with the hot wax.
The shellac is bumpy which I have no idea how you can do that.
The staff were sweet but just seemed to want you in and out quick

the job was done well and quickly, hygiene standards were good and staff was nice.

first time ever getting a wax so I was very nervous. the staff however were lovely and reassured me that it was a very quick treatment.the room was clean and my beauty technician was friendly and professional.next time will have to double check that the little stray hairs are waxed too as there are still some left but overall I'm happy with my treatment and will be going again.
