The therapist was friendly enough,but I felt uncomfortable that she did not wear gloves whilst doing a Brazilian wax so wasn't comfortable with the hygienic factor and the overall cleanliness of the spa.

The lady did my eyebrows and upper lip very quickly - there wasn't anything majorly wrong with what she did but I just would have preferred her to rather take her time and make sure they looked good as I do wear them.
