I had the scalp, neck and shoulder massage it was really relaxing. Chloe tailored the massage to be just right for me. The room was quiet and smelled beautiful and there was gentle music playing in the background. Everything was just lovely. What a wonderful birthday present .

Therapist nice but treatment felt unprofessional and not relaxing. The room wasn’t very clean, she used a marigold glove and tatty spoon to handle the hot stones, the head rest was uncomfortable & left bits on my face - asked for it to be removed & was given a stained pillow with a towel on top. Blanket made my feet itch. During massage the whole table shook. The other table still had used towels on from last client. Toilet was shabby. A lot of money for a disappointing experience, never again
