The hot tub was really warm and relaxing. The tones we were given were lovely and soft although the slippers were very thin and got wet very quickly. The salt massage was very relaxing as was the facial.
Unfortunately there was refurbishment going on in the relaxation room so we were not able to have the full benefit of this. My daughter and I followed this with a delicious cream tea. A great day spa experience.

I felt really relaxed and nearly fell sleep a couple of times.
Was not sure about the music but I got used to it and probably zoned it out.
No pressure into buying ant of the products.

The hotel is really nice and the grounds are lovely. Inside it's grand and clean. The spa was easy to find and the therapists welcoming. They directed us to the changing rooms, with robes and slippers and showed us which room we were in. The massage was incredible and the facial was really lovely. We booked afternoon tea, the staff were helpful and friendly. They had a dairy free option for me and the scone was hot from the oven! Great cakes too. Very nice, would definitely recommend 👌🏼
