Nice venue which I have been to a few times.
Chloe was very pleasant however she was not aware that I had booked two treatments. She was prepared for the facial but not the hot stone massage. She quickly organised the stones however throughout the massage I did not think they were as hot as I remembered on previous occasions. I requested a firm massage, Chloe confirmed that she was aware of this but I did not feel that I received a firm massage.
