The therapist was fantastic, really listened to your wishes and delivered a fantastic full body massage in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
However:
1. The 'relaxation room' wasnt quite the luxurious sanctuary in which to relax after your treatment that I expected. It needs places to lie down.
2. The hot tub needs a deep clean, and overhead cover to get to and from the hotel. The entrance to hot tub area needs a rethink as is a fire door that locks behind you.

Absolutely lovely facial by Chloe she picked the perfect products for my awkward skin and it was very relaxing. My first time having a hot stone massage and she explained the treatment well at different stages, it was very relaxing just what I needed would 100% book with Chloe again. She was very friendly.
Treatment room extremely bright with no real ambiance, very close to reception so can hear lots of noise chatter and radio. Didn’t ruin my treatments but it’s nothing like a spa setting.
