The staff were attentive and accommodating. The food was very nice. The only bad point was the cleanliness of the rooms and corridors with thick dust on surfaces and room edges, where they hadn’t been touched for a long time.

We enjoyed a morning express package in this pleasant spa, the staff were all lovely, Rachel deserves a special mention she was extremely professional and very attentive. Opted for the back, neck and shoulder massage and was not disappointed, it was very good, really improving the tightness and stress, totally relaxing. The package included a light lunch in the beautiful Laura Ashley Tea Room, the quality of the food was excellent, coffee was great and the view overlooking the garden stunning.
