There wasn’t a pool at the venue which downgrades this as a spa in my eyes. The relaxation room was a smallish room with 2 uncomfortable sofa’s. The changing rooms were poor, one small shower and very limited space to change. The “hydrotherapy” tub was dirty and was just a standard hot tub.
The afternoon tea, the girls taking the order gave us the wrong menus, then asked us about dietary requirements and preferences, took note of the pescatarian and no raisin scones request and this was ignored
Can't fault the actual massage, was left with back tension released and feeling relaxed however it was advertised as 'Elemis' but no elemis products were used...
