The bar opposite reception was very dirty (carpet and upholstery needs a deep clean). The layout of the spa area is very awkward with changing rooms upstairs… blocked shower, half of keys missing from the locks and another half of lockers broken… We got locked out in the freezing garden as the only way into the garden is through fire door exit… the sauna was too small… overall it’s not fit for commercial use!!!

The Swedish back, neck & shoulder massage & the express facial were superb, as was the manicure that my friend had.
The hot tub was great in that we had it to ourselves but it could’ve done with being warmer. My friend & I both enjoyed the sauna.
The reason for the three stars is that we had a number of problems with the hotel rooms, which meant the whole experience was not as relaxing as we’d hoped. However, I do have to mention Abi, on reception, who calmly sorted out every problem for us.
