The therapist was great lovely lady, and the facial and manicure were lovely.
The real let down was the hot tub, it was filthy and had dirt all around the rim which made me feel uncomfortable.
The relaxation room - wasn’t exactly relaxing it was more of a social room. The room was tiny and the sofa covers were in desperate need of changing they were disappointing on the eye and dirty.
The womens changing rooms again were a let down , tiny room with only one shower. Afternoon tea dirty cups

Ladies' Arm & Underarm Waxing
First visit but made to feel welcome. Was a visit that involved a lot of pre holiday waxing but it was completed quick and efficiently. Had an intimate wax which was dealt with skillfully, checking the temperate of the wax was OK throughout and not a hair missed! Thank you very much Rachel!
