We had a wonderful overnight stay for my husbands birthday.
A lovely receptionist greeted us on arrival and gave us a free room upgrade. The afternoon tea was delicious, we also had a three course dinner which was fabulous. Our treatments with the lovely Abigail were wonderful, she really was a delightful and very professional young lady, I want to give her my personal thanks xx
My only criticism would be to let you know although the breakfast was really good, everything was barely Luke warm.

A pleasant welcome at the reception of the hotel gave me the directions to the Spa. I enjoyed my treatment (a facial) the only down side was that the treatment room was very cold so not as relaxed as I Would have liked .
Classic Facials
The treatment was the best part of our spa night away. Abigail was very professional and when we had a nail disaster (I smudged them) she insisted she would do them again for me so that was lovely. My friend said her Swedish massage was one of the best she's had!

This was a super value pamper package birthday treat for my daughter. We had a lovely time in a great atmosphere where the staff couldn't do more to make the experience great.
