Had facial and massage, excellent.
However changing room was poor, shower that didnt drain away, cut short shower otherwise i would have flooded changing room. Relaxation lounge was just a bedroom with 2 sofas in, 2 empty glasses on table that were there for the duration, tea, coffee and water not topped up had to ask for a jug of water

So much better than expected, genuinely thought it would not reach where it needed. Slightly tension now but all the pain I’ve had this week has gone from todays massage. I’ve met Rachael L before whilst using gym,
always so friendly & welcoming. She is always dashing about doing something, cleaning something, topping up something.
She is knowledgeable, reassuring & offers comfort to her clients. SHE MADE ME RELEX!The Spa is clean, tidy & smells nice. Lovely products.

Excellent service, my beauty therapist was not only professional, but very welcoming, she put me at ease, and listen to my needs, the best massage I've ever had, 100% recommend the Southcrest Hotel spa. Can't wait to go back.
Swedish Massage
I had a full body massage and came out feeling soooo relaxed. Rachel checked on the pressure to make sure it was ok and paid special attention to my shoulders, which are always “knotty”. Definitely recommend
