The reviews on Google,booking.com etc are not fair. Tbh they put me off so I joined to use the facilities as reassurance I guess.
In the middle of the day they have limited staff but as booking have increased I’ve noticed more staff around.The facilities are fabulous especially for the low cost.I can use the hot tub1-2x a week with availability.Reminds me of a Bannatyne spa.
I cant comment on the therapists as I’ve not seen them for treatment yet, however I will do & I’ll review again. 5/5

The treatments were good but it's not really a spa. A small room waiting room/relaxation upstairs, but you have to go downstairs to the treatment room. It's a rather tired place.

I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage and Sineade was brilliant. It was very relaxing.

Good treatment with friendly staff, robes were very worn and tired need replacing and had to ask for water post the treatment which would normally be offered
