My husband and I booked a massage for separate times, but when we went into the treatment room Rachael asked if we would like our massage treatment at the same time which was great, it saved some time enough to go in the hot tub for half an hour before having our afternoon tea
Rachael and Abbie both very talented and professional at there jobs,
Made us feel very welcome and relaxed.
Highly recommend having treatment here again

The beauty therapist cut my toe and and pedicure did not include an work on the soles of my feet, which is what is usually included. The massage was also not of a particularly good standard.
The reception staff at the hotel were very helpful though and the food element of the package was very good value for money.
