Donna w was an exceptional therapist. From our facials to our massages. She talked us through the process, and was so friendly. She also rearranged the time of our afternoon tea for us, so we didn't have a long wait. Would definitely visit again.

The therapist was fantastic, really listened to your wishes and delivered a fantastic full body massage in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
However:
1. The 'relaxation room' wasnt quite the luxurious sanctuary in which to relax after your treatment that I expected. It needs places to lie down.
2. The hot tub needs a deep clean, and overhead cover to get to and from the hotel. The entrance to hot tub area needs a rethink as is a fire door that locks behind you.
