Facial was lovely. Rachel is very good at her job. The room was heated but you need more blankets on the beds or a heated bed. It was cold.

I had a lovely and much deserved full body massage with Rachel L and she gave me a fab and most relaxing massage. I felt so much better and my muscles felt alot looser too.
