The treatments and staff (beauticians, waitresses and reception staff) were all really friendly.
The afternoon tea was lovely.
However the facilities are very limited and the spa/hotel is a bit tired.
The relaxation area wasn’t relaxing. The cleaner was coming in every couple of mins and is noisy.
Needs a bit more organisation too..water jug wasn’t filled all day, no instructions on whether we’d be collected for our treatments and no working clock outside so you couldn’t time yourselves

What a beautiful place to spend a weekend with friends. The hotel staff are so very friendly and helpful and made us all full welcome. The treatments were amazing - we can’t wait to go back.

I booked an afternoon tea spa package for £60 for 8 ladies. Changing facilities were awful. Toilet area in relaxation room dirty and bin overflowing. Relaxation room was dusty wallpaper hanging off under window only 2 sofas and some low level stools to sit on. No background music . Not relaxing at all. Was charged incorrect price at time of payment and then lady had to arrange everyone to have a refund as I showed her my booking email. Nail polish smudged on 2 of the ladies
