I was a little surprised that although there were two of us there was only one therapist so instead of having treatments at the same time they were done one after the other. The treatments were fantastic and the therapist was lovely. My skin felt amazing afterwards and the shoulder massage was something I wasn’t expecting so an added bonus! Great value for money. The original booking process could of been better and overall the spa area and surrounding access of the hotel looked a little tired.

It all feels a bit grubby & old. Dirt that’s seen you can tell isnt fresh. Weeks old grubby marks on the hottub sides.
The bathroom & changing room is grubby, the relaxation room is lovely but it just needs a clean, it’s not dirty persay just not been wiped down for a while. All round the sink is kinda gross, but the sink it’s self seems clean, someone just doing it with their eyes closed I guess. The shower is 2 hot in there2, door lock is broken. Overall great but needs help. Could be a gem.

I have had this weekend spa package before. Afternoon tea lovely, treatments amazing. Sineade fantastic, the best massage I have had.

We waited for 20 mins in the reception area of beauty room. Staff were shut in a room doing treatments on themselves! Our appointment for hydrotherapy pool was 2pm we got in about 2.25
It was really dirty.
Treatments were however excellent.
We were not shown any other spa facilities or talked to about health and safety.
I have now got a very tarnished ring as wasn’t advised not to wear jewellery in the pool.
I found a small notice the day after by the fire door advising not to wear any!
