Rachael paid special attention to my shoulders and neck as asked. This was the first time I’d had a treatment at the venue, I’ve been to other places and I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning.

Had facial and massage, excellent.
However changing room was poor, shower that didnt drain away, cut short shower otherwise i would have flooded changing room. Relaxation lounge was just a bedroom with 2 sofas in, 2 empty glasses on table that were there for the duration, tea, coffee and water not topped up had to ask for a jug of water
