Rachel made my wax very chilled and put me at ease as I was quite nervous! She was super friendly and made sure the wax was the best it could be 👍

Me and my mum had a relaxing spa package. Overall, the massage was excellent and the afternoon tea was beautiful. The hotel has a really stylish design and the gardens are lovely. Excellent value for money, only thing letting it down was the lack of robes which ran into our time in the pool but the therapists were very accommodating and the massage made up for this. We’ve actually rebooked the package

As always a really enjoyable experience.
It was nice & clean. Can get messy when other guests leave a mess dirty cups, used towels, tea bags, used slippers etc but it’s rare & the staff are round often to clean up replenish etc. it was really quiet today so things were just nice & fresh, very quiet & relaxing. Hot tub looked very clean assume it’s been cleaned & refilled as it was deep too & extremely warm, 40!! I wish it rained as would have been the perfect experience. Definitely recommend!!

I was a little surprised that although there were two of us there was only one therapist so instead of having treatments at the same time they were done one after the other. The treatments were fantastic and the therapist was lovely. My skin felt amazing afterwards and the shoulder massage was something I wasn’t expecting so an added bonus! Great value for money. The original booking process could of been better and overall the spa area and surrounding access of the hotel looked a little tired.
