Some communal areas dirty, floor of massage area, window sill in "relaxation" room, which was as far from relaxing as you could get with 4 month old magazines, no music, and loud drilling and hammering from the ongoing works. Room nice size but overlooked the car park. Dinner service was a joke, had to seat ourselves as we were ignored when waiting to be seated, the menues were forgotten so we had to get our own, and lay our own cutlery, napkins were forgotten. Food was nice though.
Overall great experience, the hot tub controls however, were a little temperamental.

Good treatment, I had a back massage. Trained staff, clean polite and capable. Happy to recommend and I will be returning 😀
