Through out our visit the staff were friendly and efficient, particularly reception. The upgraded room was money well spent. Evening meals taken in the restaurant were varied and tasty. The opportunity to order a sandwich or main meal at dinner was most welcome and a great idea. Breakfast service a little slow but we were there to relax so not really an issue for us. Would definitely recommend the Staycation break and we will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely time, the afternoon tea was great and our treatments were great but I wouldn't class it as a spa. It's an outdoor hottub and a treatment room. There was a small sauna which was closed and we weren't informed of this before we arrived. However, we did really enjoy our stay and would definitely return

Me & my friend came to use the hot tub, when we arrived, noone was there to greet us, had to go back to reception to find out. Eventually someone came along and we were told to go upstairs and use the changing rooms and we would find robes, towels, slipppers in the opposite room. The room was locked so had to find a cleaner to go and find help as she wasn't sure where things were, was waiting for over 10 mins and eventually got robes/towels, no slippers but got later. Hot tub was great though!

I had a treatment this afternoon and can’t wait to book again!
It was very clean and safe, my treatment was fantastic, I felt very relaxed during and afterwards. My therapist was lovely, really welcoming and I couldn’t recommend the experience highly enough!
