What a wonderful hotel and friendly attentive staff,we were 3 friends away for a few nights in The Southcrest Manor hotel,the hotel is set in lovely tranquil surroundings,the staff were so helpful,the food was delicious and the bedrooms were spotless.I had the most wonderful Elemis facial as did my friend,my other friend had a back massage and said it was amazing,following our treatments we sat in the hot tub listening to bird song enjoying a glass of bubbly.Thank you all for an amazing time.

I feel the eyebrow wax was only half done and she burnt my lip and under my nose which has led to scabbing
She was lovely just not what I was hoping for on the waxing
