A pleasant welcome at the reception of the hotel gave me the directions to the Spa. I enjoyed my treatment (a facial) the only down side was that the treatment room was very cold so not as relaxed as I Would have liked .

The treatment was the best part of our spa night away. Abigail was very professional and when we had a nail disaster (I smudged them) she insisted she would do them again for me so that was lovely. My friend said her Swedish massage was one of the best she's had!

This was a super value pamper package birthday treat for my daughter. We had a lovely time in a great atmosphere where the staff couldn't do more to make the experience great.

My second visit and so look forward to coming back. I have no hesitation in recommending. I used to go elsewhere that was more expensive but had gone there for many years but l will continue to come here now.
