Not worth £60, very poor value, deceptive advertising of facilities on the spa day website, was not greeted by anyone at the spa, had to find our own dressing gown to wear and was not offered towels, changing rooms are less than basic
Lovely friendly staff, made us feel relaxed straight away. Good massages, beauty treatments and the facial was amazing. Thank you!

This shouldn't be advertised as a Spa-Break Hotel, its clearly not! One outdoor hot tub which you go in once and a small room with a sauna in. Relaxation area is another small room with two small sofas in and that's it. Hotel is very understaffed and we wouldn't return there again. I'd advise to look elsewhere for a relaxing spa break.

Me and my sister purchased a half day spa package for our mom for her birthday, the spa and the afternoon tea was great.
We had 2 hours booked in the hot tub after all our treatments when in the hot tub all my moms nail polish had come off after having a manicure, We went to inform the staff at the reception so they could inform other people who had spa treatments (we did not complain) the one lady behind reception was very rude putting a damper on the whole day.
