Treatment booked for 12pm, but so didn’t open untill 12pm, staff only arrived at 12.05. So treatment was delayed.

Sadly this booking fell short in many ways. We booked a 1 nights stay, x2 25 minute treatments and a 3 course dinner.
Upon arrival we were given very little information on the spa facilities. We were not supplied with robes or towels and so had to use the towels from our rooms. Whilst 2 of us received treatments, the other 2 used the spa facilities. Both spa members were busy working on our treatments so the other 2 guests had to make their own way to the other facilities. After our treatments we were not given robes or towels. When we asked we were informed these were in the relaxation room (which we had not been told about).
The treatments themselves were fine and good value for money.
We had booked 1 double and 1 twin room and were supplied with 2 double rooms.
The evening meal was a bit of a shambles. I specifically asked if all meals were included in our deal and was told they were. When the bill arrived we were then told there were supplements for some of the meals. When we explained what had happened the member of staff agreed this was her error yet they would only take 25% off the bill.
Overall there were too many issues with this stay for me to recommend it to others.

Only issue was timing. Had booked from 12.05pm but didn't get in until 12.20pm and had to get out at 12.50pm for afternoon tea booked at 1pm. So actually only got 30 minutes
