The ambience was poor. I could hear the radio playing in the reception even though they had relaxing music on for Massage. The cd repeated itself about 3 times which was annoying. The room was poorly decorated, the laminate needed replacing and the ceiling needed a paint. The blinds were ineffective so it was really bright in the room still. I was not offered a drink or any follow up advice at the end of the treatment. I would not recommend this place, you don’t get an indulgent experience ad one would hope to have.

I can’t give an accurate review as the therapist never turned up to work so I didn’t get my treatment. However I will try and rebook there as the hotel looked nice. The receptionist was lovely and tried to assist but after waiting a while I decided to leave as they couldn’t t get hold of her.

Great deep massage at very reasonable price. Only flag would be the room was very bright with white blinds and would have preferred darkened room or an eye mask.
