Had an amazing time in the hot tub. The spa girls were really friendly. The Swedish massage was so good the lady was attentive to problem areas

I booked in for a deep tissue massage due to have shoulder problems. The massage was not deep tissue at all i would compare it to a previous relaxation massage. I didnt feel as though the therapist wanted to be there, whenever i glanced up she was staring around the room and clock watching alot.Small strokes rather than a deep tissue. Left feeling just as bad as when I walked in despite it being slightly relaxing. The room was cold which wasn't nice either.
Deep Tissue Massage
Staff are friendly and helpful really welcoming I love the girl we had for the spa she was super accommodating nothing was too much trouble she asked about our stay so far. People on reception couldn’t do enough for you came early and was told our room was all ready for us they answered all the questions we had. The waiters were polite and nothing was too much trouble. Over all experience was amazing would for sure go back and next time bring my grandma and mom.
