Was in need of a pedicure and found a nearby spa at Southcrest Hotel offering availability on same morning at a discounted price
So Shelby was available so I booked an hour pedicure within the hour and paid online the discounted price.
Instantly felt at ease with this young 19 year old who came across as very friendly and very well trained I her job, the treatment I was very happy with and the time was the full hour.
I shall definitely book again next month as the Spa is very local for me.

Rachel was lovely . I had a fantastic pedicure and an absolutely wonderful facial - I couldn't believe how much better I felt and looked afterwards.

Turning up to the pre-booked appointment there were no staff at the spa.
I had to go to hotel reception to get someone to open the hot tub and instruct me where to shower etc
The shower room was mediocre with no proper shower facilities. The tub itself wasn’t particularly inviting and not very clean.
