Unfortunately the hotel needs a good refurbishment and is out dated. Floor of the spa especially requires attention. Spa deals are advertised as good prices but are unavailable when booking therefore having to pay full price which isn’t particularly value for money considering the venue. Spa treatment was ok but not as expected so an overall disappointment and sadly won’t be returning.

Beauty therapist , I believe her name was Sinead was friendly & professional . But unfortunately she was working alone , extremely busy & through no fault of hers was running behind . More staff were needed . Also no reception staff in the salon to show you round , welcome you . We were never offered robes / slippers . Didn’t find the relaxation room and no one to ask as Sinead was in treatments . It was also very cold in the waiting area . The hot tub was broken but we weren’t offered any recompense .
The facial & massage were lovely & relaxing & the pedicures great , well done Sinead you dud a great job thank you
