Not a relaxing experience. We got a very confusing confirmation email with inaccurate timings, staff were a bit brusque when I called to check these. When we arrived there was no one to greet us in the spa. Eventually someone questioned why we were there so early (we weren't) and didn't know what our treatments were. We were then sent to find our own gown and slippers, we never found any towels. We had to search in cupboards for the refreshments and pull out furniture to plug in the coffee machine. We had to assist with opening the hot tub, lifting off covers etc. When we came to pay it took a good 15 minutes, no one knee what we were paying for... Not professional. The treatments went ok.
A two-day break booked through Travel Zoo/Great little breaks. Very good. Food was lovely as was the bedroom and staff very helpful. Being able to get my nails ‘done’ was the ic8ng on the cak3!
