Brought a spa package and afternoon tea for myself and 2 friends , the hotel is gorgeous and the staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming the facial and massages we booked were well worth the money as was the jacuzzi and sauna . We ended the day with a gorgeous afternoon tea with endless tea and coffee and tasty sandwiches and a selection of beautiful cakes . Thank you Southcrest manor we had a lovely relaxing day .

Yes i had a lovely massage with helen,she gave a nice firm massage and my back and shoulders felt great and much loser afterwards.

Birthday treat. Massage and spa staff were lovely. The hotel itself is very nice but run in quite an amateurish way. The staff are very young and inexperienced but mostly friendly and helpful.

I arrived just before my appointment time and was greeted by an enthusiastic therapist who once I’d filled in my form took me into the room and explained what I needed to do and how to lie. This was my first facial and I didn’t really know what to expect but everything was fine, as every step was explained properly and any questions were answered cheerfully. The therapist kept checking that I was comfortable, which was probably wise as I may have nodded off otherwise to the sound of the crashing wave music in the background. Afterwards my skin felt tighter and much more refreshed, I noticed the next day that it also looked smoother and less patchy. I took advantage of the hot tub while I was there, it’s outdoors but heated to perfection with nothing to do but watch squirrels playing in the trees and listen to the birds, I shared my booking time with another guest as is hotel policy but we had a brief chat before we each just relaxed and took in the surroundings so this was no bother. The changing rooms and locker area were clean, as was the salon itself. I’d definitely recommend a visit as the Elemis treatments are competitively priced and superbly executed.

Really enjoyed our visit. The grounds were lovely to walk around. The spa treatment was great and a wo derful way to end the day in the outdoor hot tub listening to the birds. We enjoyed it so much we paid extra to stay for a meal and drinks in the evening.
