My treatment was booked as a surprise by my husband and I was initially skeptical as I’ve never had a facial before. However I shouldn’t have worried, the treatment was beautifully relaxing to the point I think I fell asleep for a short while! My skin looked amazing when I left and this seemed to get better and better as the day went on. I will definitely be booking again and will bring my sister and daughter next time for a treat too. Highly recommend.

At appointment time the place was still locked up, I went to the hotel reception to let them know and to pass on a message that I was leaving. The therapist had just arrived and was stood at the desk. We went down together as it was opened up and things were set up. Not the welcome I wanted. This left me uncomfortable. I was shown into a room and told to undress and where to lie. The therapist then came in and started massaging me with no communication, not asking for allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy etc. I have anaphylaxis to medications which should have been discussed. I couldn't relax. The door was opened a few times during treatment leaving me vulnerable, undressed for a full body massage. At the end water was fetched and I was told to get dressed and leave the voucher on the desk. I did this and left to a man sat outside of the room facing the door where I'd just been. A fifty pound massage that was a gift to relax, didn't do the job I wouldn't return I'm afraid. The massage itself was OK.
