Massage was very good, hot tub was great, relaxing room was not what we expected it was like a lounge, was expecting some sunbeds and dimmed lighting, but got sofas and a coffee table. Food in restaurant was amazing and afternoon tea was very good to. Staff we very friendly and we're always happy to help. Would recommend and would go back

Went to my room, just wanted a bath after a
long day. Hairs in the bath. I was moved to another room which was fine. Then came back and room had hairs on floor.curtain came off the rail. Generally not a clean hotel. Especially after returning to the room. I thought it would have been cleaned thoroughly, but sadly this was not the case. Very disappointed 😞
