I had my nails done 6 days ago, with a shellac manicure. Already five of my nails have completely peeled off!! Extremely disappointed and would never recommend this place again. Yes they are cheaper for nails than most places but it’s because they’re terrible!! Spend a bit extra and go somewhere else, they don’t even have a contactable customer service

The spa day was for by daughter’s birthday . It was a very disappointing experience, it ruined my daughters birthday. Would not recommend going there

First time using the Southcrest but was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The hotel / beauty rooms are a little tired but overall nice. I would recommend to others and will definitely be returning.
