Staff member was excellent. However, she had to work extremely hard with no other assistant available to attend the reception desk. I think the salon is short staffed and it is unsafe for a member of staff to work alone.

We loved the hotel and would say that value for money it was great. Even though our room was not ready till 2.30pm, the spa pool was not working
so their was nothing to do other than wait for our treatments. Our breakfast on the last day was bitty as it had been busy, and when we arrived at 9am their wasn’t much left. But staff were very good.

I’d never had a massage of any sort before and decided to give it a go here. I asked the lady to explain how it works and she did and did so well and concisely.
The massage itself was very relaxing, and I’m planning to go again soon.
My girlfriend also had one after me and she has back problem and has said how much it helped releaved this.
