Treatments were great. However, felt the area set aside for sauna, relaxation room, changing rooms looked tired and needed new decor. Didnt like having to walk up and down stairs from relaxation room/ changing rooms and access to drinks to sauna and hot tub area. Felt there should have been water fountain/ dispenser, not just having to get water from bathroom taps. Did not think afternoon tea was of high quality, it was 'okay' .
