The food was lovely and the building was beautiful.
The Hot tub was luke warm and outside (I was cold after being in it 30 minutes). There weren't any robes available and I was told to go and look for towels (meaning I had less time in the hot tub which I had paid for)
I purchased a package and was constantly asked to pay at each interval and had to keep explaining that I had already paid. Even on check out, I was again asked to pay and had to show my bank statement, email and give a reference number so they could 'check'.
Throughout my massage, there was a lot of noise, the other therapist in the room next door was having a laugh with people and all I could hear was ladies chatting and giggling so I didn't find it relaxing at all.

Having never had this treatment before I was not sure what to expect but Lisa was fantastic and explained what and why she was doing throughout. She also gave some advice on how to help maintain the results of the treatment.

Although i didn't have a deep tissue massage,the massage that i did have was very good and relaxing too.

Took mum for her 50th and loved it. Really nice grounds and lovely staff. Food was really filling.
