There was no one to greet you on arrival so I had to interrupt another persons treatment to ask for directions and what to do on the day. The changing rooms are tiny. There was no hand wash nor any shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. I found the robes and slippers but no towels. The relaxation room again was tiny, tired furniture and people left their bags in the room. It was a bit like a waiting room at a train station. Not very relaxing. The hot tub was lovely. The facial equally as nice.

We had an amazing spa break at your hotel. The package was amazing value for money. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were happy and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be sure to come back again. Thank you.
