This was an amazing package for the money. The spa facilities were excellent and the beauty therapists were professional and gave exemplary customer service. Cream Tea, dinner and breakfast was to a very high standard and the room was clean and welcoming. The welcome from reception was professional and everything went as planned. I will definitely return and will also recommend this package.

My nails were cut too short causing one of them to bleed. The gel was marked and dented on the light as I was asked to lie on a bed which caused the light machine to not fit probably. Not a treat but quick a painful experience and I won’t be going back. Also the therapist rubbed an oil over my feet when she finished and asked me to get down off the bed and this was extremely dangerous as it was a wooden shiny floor. No nice products used either just cheap stuff with no labels on. Also most of the Gel polish were all dried up so I couldn’t have a choice of colour.
