Lovely experience, so nice to have a foot soak and massage with the pedicure. Nice relaxing atmosphere and the therapist was just lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely visit again.
A slight mix up with appointment times however this was dealt with quickly and professionally by spa manager. Thank you.

Hotel itself was scruffy/needed updating, although some areas were lovely. ‘Spa’ was more a beauty room with one member of staff. Treatments were delayed because the jacuzzi (outdoor- not very inviting) was out of action and the therapist was trying to sort it out. Massages were good but the ‘reception’ area was used for manicures/pedicures. My sister left stressed because two nail varnishes ran out before her manicure was finished so had to start again. Food in the restaurant was lovely, as were all the staff. Disappointed.

Arrived and wasn’t shown where to go finally got down to where we thought was the right place where the hot tub wasn’t ready for us and no staff around to help us. Having nearly ten minutes of waiting went looking for someone. They said they would sort it and be down soon but they came without telling us it was ready for us to use. Didn’t see any members of staff while there apart from the receptionist who wasn’t very helpful. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

Treatment booked for 12pm, but so didn’t open untill 12pm, staff only arrived at 12.05. So treatment was delayed.
