Our treatment was at 12 and the member of staff did not start until then so it of felt very unorganised. However the treatment and afternoon tea were both wonderful and the staff were friendly. The relaxation room had not been cleaned from the day before and there were dirty towels and slippers in there when it was opened. Also the bathrooms in there’s areas were messy. Other then these few issue my mother and myself had the relaxing day we went for.

Absolutely loved my massage, Lisa listened to my concerns and hit every knot perfectly. I walked out feeling like a new woman! As for my eyebrows, she has attention to detail and feel it was one of the best eyebrow wax’s I’ve ever had!!

I can't recommend southcrest manor enough. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. It's a beautiful hotel and the grounds are amazing. Would highly recommend the spa and can imagine a wedding at this venue would be perfect.

Had a lovely bns massage and facial from Lisa, but my favourite so far has to be the deluxe pedicure which was a great luxury treatment and lasted forever! It was so relaxing and Lisa's attention to detail was second to none. The varnish smudged easy but that may have been due to my heavily moistured feet, which felt amazing, so I didn't really mind!
