I have visited the salon now twice and both times was a wonderful experience
Both therapist were welcoming and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased with the eye and brow tint and pedicure and nail polish . Both done very professionally and with really good results I would recommend a visit

Massage and Masseur and booking good. It would be better if parking was less of an issue. It seems a bit intense regarding exact registration number etc

The jets on the hot tub were not working but we were not informed so I spent most of the time trying to get the jets to come on. The water was not hot enough. We were booked in at 3pm but the temperature should have been raised especially given the outside temperature. Our treatments were lovely and the atmosphere, temperature and lighting in the treatment room were perfect. The changing areas were a mess with dirty towels and robes everywhere.
