Rebecca was lovely and polite, but was overshadowed by the manager Rachel who was rude and unprofessional in her customer relations skills, seemed stressed and unwelcoming, made us feel comfortable and made a comment about having no time for us and in her actual words "not in the mood!!!* told me she couldn't accept a gift voucher which was bought specifically for the venue! Was also told couldn't provide services to my teenager when we'd had them b4. Service was v shabby and won't be returning

Neve/Rebecca-nice girls, but did not consider how cold room was for 2 customers undressed in room. Paid for Indulgence day- NO hot tub session as should be included, no afternoon tea ready for us!? Manager Sophie advised & she helped get things back on track for tea- REALLY bad that we paid for as advertised & did not get hot tub experience at all/noone at the restaurant expecting us causing issues! No toilets by the Beauty room for anyone-only ONE upstairs-we have mobility issues-& was broke
