the treatment was really good but went down for dinner asked for champagne for our anniversary and had to wait nearly 2 hours for it and took 2 hours to have 3 course meal had to keep asking for drink and puddings

I absolutely love my spa trips and following a hospital admission this was so needed. However certainly not worth the price
1. There was no fridge or waters in the room
2. The massage felt rushed and moments were technicians took long breaks without doing anything, I know some treatments have to settle but this unfortunately was longer
3. The hot tub was being refilled so unable to use in the day and only managed to get less than a hour before dinner and sauna was lukewarm. Not what I was expect
