Such a relaxing massage and Chloe is lovely. Will definitely be booking again.

The spa has a confusing layout and feels like an afterthought of converted hotel rooms. The changing room was super small. The staff were friendly but un-professional and the health check was very basic. The hot tub only had 1 working jet and our back massages were painful. My manicure was good but overall it didn't feel like a relaxing experience.

I loved my scalp, neck and shoulder massage. It was really relaxing and I am sure it did my hair good too. Naomi was very helpful and caring and adapted my massage to suit me.
I would find it useful if there was a lift between the 2 floors of the spa
