Thought it would be nice to be greeted with someone other than been left a letter. My husband and I have never experienced a spa day before and would have been nice to be explained how and what to do other than being left to try and figure it out ourselves. The massage we both had was really wonderful though.

The hot tub jets were not all working with the right power the tub itself was dirty, it needs to be checked after each usage, would help.
In the spa room ,it would help if face was clear of ant hair around the face (eg,if a person has a fringe the a clip could be provided so that no cream to go into the person who is having the treatment into her hair) Then the all over experience of the Elimis treatment to be enjoyed.
