A lovely morning spent at the spa. Lovely and peaceful sitting in the hot tub before a massage. Extra shout out as my eczema had flared up on my back and the therapist used an Elemis milk product which really helped. Will definitely book again.

I had a Wowcher deal and thought it would be ideal to try out the venue.A typical Great Western Hotel in terrible location. The facial and massage were pretty good. The room we changed in was filthy . I asked for the bin to be emptied by the cleaner as it was over flowing,She gave me a bag to do it myself! The spa pool didn't work fully. Lunch was a disaster. We had a sandwich only menu and when I asked to upgrade I was told NO. We looked like the poor relations. We would never return
