Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment at 1:00pm went to hotel reception and no one was around. After 5 minutes a member of staff arrived and he was new and was shown to the spa reception area and told to wait. Again no one was around. The resting area was not clean, coffee/ tea amenities were there but no clean cups. Used towels and slippers were everywhere . Did not benefit from the entire experience as I wasted time waiting for staff to show me what to do and expect.
