I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience as it fell far short of what we expected from a spa day, especially given the occasion.
The problems started before we even arrived. I received a phone call informing me that our booking had been moved and rescheduled, despite the fact that I had never requested any changes.
