We cannot fault our spa break @ Southcrest Manor Hotel. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and looked after. All staff were friendly, welcoming and hardworking.
Shout out to Macey, Helen and Ellie and the tall bearded waiter who could not have been more helpful and attentive. Thank you

The afternoon tea, hot tub and facials were amazing! First afternoon tea where there is a choice for scone jam! The girls who were in the spa were nice but when they were doing our nails they weren’t very professional. They were discussing topics that were for behind closed doors and not professional small talk. Apart from this I was very happy with our day.
