The staff were friendly and kindly found us breakfast snacks when traffic delayed our arrival. However, this felt more like a hotel with a small spa than a dedicated spa. Our treatments were changed due to staff shortages, leaving one of our party waiting 1.5 hours with little to do. The hot tub jets were not working and no one returned to fix them. Treatments felt rushed and were only 60 minutes, not the advertised 75. Afternoon tea was lovely, but overall this felt like a half-day experience.
