Naomi was very friendly and welcoming to me, a new customer. I opted for a medium firm massage and it was just right, it hit knots without hurting and also didn't knock me out as massages sometimes do. Naomi was nice to chat to, relatable and interested in me. I would definitely book again.

The location was close and the hotel was quiet, clean and relaxing. The treatment rooms were beautifully set up, peaceful and comfy. Chloe was really welcoming and we had a great chat. She was very professional and obviously has plenty of experience. It really was a lovely session.
