Ok waxing. had to ask for bikini libe to be redone as not asked how I would like it. very top of legs not waxed and a lit of wax left on my legs so paper cover from bed stuck to me. Not ad good as they used to be sadly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience as it fell far short of what we expected from a spa day, especially given the occasion.
The problems started before we even arrived. I received a phone call informing me that our booking had been moved and rescheduled, despite the fact that I had never requested any changes.
