The hotel was beautiful, a very tranquil place to be able to relax. Essentially not really a ‘spa’ but with enough facilities to enjoy. The treatments from Neve were excellent and I felt she completely understood what I wanted from my massage and my facial was incredibly relaxing. A shame that more of the beautiful grounds cannot be seen/used from the treatment area, but it is easily reached.

Salon is nice & therapist was lovely. I had plexigel nails done on a Friday & by Monday one of them had completely come off, I emailed the salon to advise, the following day I noticed another gel nail had come off so emailed again with an update. Have not received any response so would be reluctant to recommend.
