We arrived at the time booked,but the hot tub still had the cover on. We spent ten minutes in the sauna. We went to the hot tub,but it was still cold. Very disappointed as we visit regularly for a relax and wind down after a stressful week

Restaurant, bar available. No elevator,so if you can't carry your bags upstairs. Request a room on the ground floor.
Very friendly and helpful staff as on arrival they assisted with carrying our luggage upstairs and arranged a time for us to sit and eat.
