Even though it is a simple treatment, i had a broken nail and she was amazingly gentle and considerate when removing my shellac.

Get what you pay for - notably cheaper than elsewhere, and the experience matched. The treatment room was very untidy and appeared unclean. The treatment itself was not very pleasant - not that a wax ever is, but much more uncomfortable than other places and not a great end product.
