Really good strong manicure. Am impressed that Vivienne painted the tips before continuing with the rest of the polish to help reduce chipping.

I was disappointed with my experience—the process felt rushed despite the salon being empty. My nails ended up uneven, even though I specified the shape I wanted. I also don’t understand why I had to pick a color the moment I walked in when that’s the last step. My pedicure last year felt just as rushed, so I think it’s time I take the hint.
