Vivienne swapped with another technician 3 mins into the treatment. The technician was so rude and in a rush which resulted in a very poor manicure.

I didn’t like the way they removed the gel polish - it felt rough and my nails hurt while they were using the machine. The gel was coming off really easily so not needed. Watered down OPI polish in front of me, but price is very affordable
