The worst wax experience of my life. I assume this is due to the terrible quality of the wax used - it looked like it had been there since the 1970s. Applying it took forever, removing it was agony. Never again. Poor quality treatment room, just when a relaxing environment is needed..! All round terrible treatment.

Absolutely amazing wax! First one post-lockdown but the therapist was so understanding of this and made me feel at ease! It's never going to be a pain free experience but for the most part, it wasn't too bad! Super quick! Definitely recommend & will be returning for sure!
