Taking the acrylics off she didn’t soak them properly just plied them off with other nail, this was uncomfortable and I believe will have done more damage to my nails?
I was exiting to have tips out on but they weren’t
And I was still charged the same price as if they were

If I could leave a 0 start rating I would.
The first time I went ( by mistake! I thought I booked for an other salon near by…) I guess I got lucky the girl who did my manicure was nice and professional. So, since it actually was cheaper than the other place I decided to go back for manicure and pedicure and brought my sister with me. AND boy or boy what a horrible experience we had. We had it all : rudeness ( speaking about us in Vietnamese..), unprofessionalism, bad work done on our nails…

Good manicure, but the therapist cut two of my fingers with the nail file. Equipment did not seem to be cleaned between uses.
