Amber was very gentle and sweet. The sink in the room did annoy me through out the appointment as it kept glugging, at one point I had to remove my eye pads to see if someone was stood there pouring something down the sink. The facial itself was very nice and the massage was great however I wouldn’t class it as a deep clean this could potentially be because the room was dark and maybe Amber couldn’t see what needed extracting. Once I got home I extracted 10+ whiteheads and blackheads myself.
