Susy did a great job at tinting my lashes and brows, asked me if I wanted the 'eyeliner' look, something I've never been asked before so was very excited and it was amazing, really paid such detail to every lash making my lashes look dark and full. Best eyelash tinting I've ever had! Also highlighted the shape of my brows perfectly, I now have natural looking slick shaped brows - just what I wanted. Really understand I didn't want the tint on my brows for too long as I always panic when I have really dark brows on my pale skin!Best of all, Susy was warm and welcoming. Thank you Susy!

Susy is very nice, patient and helpful. She tries to ensure you are completely satisfied. She could be a bit tidier and more careful. Also, online availability does not always reflect her true availability and rescheduling is needed. Overall, it's good value.

It was a shame that she was over 10minutes late and did not tell me. The massage felt rushed and I didn't even have to fill out a consultation form. I knew it was finished as an alarmed timer went off. Not a relaxing experience and not great service. The massage itself however was good and she really got some knots out.
