Suzy was absolutely brilliant. Booked in at the last minute as I was going away on holiday the next day. She was friendly, very professional and did a fantastic job. To get a Hollywood and underarm wax for £20 is unheard of especially to such a high standard.

The booking was very smooth over texts. Initially I had a voucher on a different type of massage, but the day I visited, my shoulder was very stiff with headache. then requested an hour deep tissue massage (I guess). She is very professional. Not sure which massage, but she did a very good job- got rid of all knots on my shoulder and back. The aroma candle also gave me a sense of relaxation. I almost fall asleep. It's oasis when I get stressed.
My initial experience with semi permanent makeup was an awful one. Wonky, rushed and overpriced...I began to lose confidence in myself and resorted to wearing eyebrow pencil to hide my shame.
As I prayed to the beauty Gods to send me a beautiful set of eyebrows, I stumbled across Susy. The minute I called her - I knew my prayers had been answered. She is without doubt incredibly professional, polite, warm, friendly, thorough, capable and I couldn't be happier with my results. She was patient, understanding and always met my needs in terms of shape, colour and size. I have, and will continue to recommend her to all my friends and family...
I am very proud to have met Susy. She provides an excellent service - and that is something that is incredibly hard to find in London.
