Susy was brilliant and the gel manicure and pedicure is still going strong after 2 weeks and a one week holiday in the sun. I went on holiday with a friend who also had a gel manicure on the same day at a different salon and her manicure was chipping and peeling after a few days so it really matters where you get it done. Susy created a very relaxing atmosphere and was very friendly. She was also very concerned that I did not get a parking penalty for parking in Sainsbury's car park for more than 2 hours. I would definitely return for other treatments and cannot recommend Susy enough.

Second time i have had a facial with Susy and again it was lovely. My skin looks great after the cool peel and makes my pores look a lot smaller/ refined. Nice experience and a massage whilst the face mask is on. Slight niggle was that on both occasions the headband wasn't on my head properly meaning that the products end up getting on my hairline meaning i needed to end up washing my hair again that day.

Susy was very friendly and welcoming, made me comfortable at all times and was very professional. The experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Never had a fake tan before so wasn't sure what to expect but I enjoyed it and it was very good value for money. The tan wasn't exactly perfectly even, and not quite as dark as I'd have hoped, but it was still very nice and surprisingly natural looking!

Excellent service. Susy informs me before the treatment the steps and what I should expect. The use of a machine that gives small electric pulses was a unique experience. Different but definitely not uncomfortable. I had facials before wherein the therapist just leaves me in the room for several minutes whereas Susy gave a shoulder and foot massage in between treatments. Will definitely come back.

I had the environ facial. Suzy was very knowledgable and recommended alternative products as my skin had changed over the winter. Very relaxing facial and i have booked in for another one.
