Today wasnt my first time at Susy P. I had many treatments in this salon and I never had a bad one! Susy is always very professional and confident in carrying out the treatments, the salon is spotless and comfortable I always feel at home. I always get offered a nice cup of coffee and when happened to be late Susy was already there waiting for me with the biggest smile ever. What I like about going to Susy is that every time I need to reschedule she never says no, she never says no to anything and it does not happen very often in other places. Susy is very genuine and you can tell she doesnt do it for the money but she is really passionate about her job! I strongly recommend it!I had a facial today and I feel so good! I also had permanent make up a year ago and even though is time for retouch....it looks like fresh!
I had a reaction to the electrolysis, I have a horrible lump which blistered and now I look horrendous. I hadn't had this treatment before so she shouldn't have used such a strong current. Very disappointed

Suzy is lovely and gave me professional and useful advice on how to take care of my nails. She has a good selection of bright colours which I like, and the overall finish of my gellish nails were great. Would definitely go back.
As always Susy is lovely and does a fabulous shellac. My last Shellac lasted over 2 weeks and this one is still yet to chip - great!

Susi was lovely and makes you feel instantly comfortable upon arrival. The only reservation I have is about the limitations in terms of the colours selection for the manicure -non shellac. Apart from that all was good and I even got a nice herbal cupola upon arrival!
