Came for brow lamination. The treatment room appeared messy, beautician’s white coat was stained and generally not looking clean. Beautician, Susy, repeatedly made negative comments about my eyebrows and things that are “wrong”, despite me repeatedly saying that I am happy with the natural shape I have. To top it all off, coming home I realised that the hot wax she used to shape the brows has burned my skin (it’s still peeling 4 days later). Susy was friendly, but everything else was poor.
