Unfortunately of all the places I've been to this was the worst experience, my eyebrows are ok but quite messy, the whole appointment was very rushed and I was left alone in the room a lot.
She was quite rough and I am left with a burn under one eyebrow from the wax. The ambience wasn't relaxing, there was spa music playing in one room and the radio going in another room.
The whole appointment was quite awkward, I felt as though I was the last appointment of the day so she wanted it over asap.

Suzy was amazing and I love my lash lift. I have short lashes and she still managed to get that perfect curl. Would 100% recommend and will be back !

Sadly it was a fail, lashes not lifted at all, all I have is tangled eyelashes. Before ending the treatment Suzy advised the result won’t be great as my eyelashes are very stubborn and straight,it’s not as easy as usual, she offered to come back next day to repeat the treatment. I needed to cancel the treatment next day as my eyelids are extremely swollen, I’ve been also told that you can only burn eyelash if repeated too quickly. Suzy won’t refund as she said she wasted her time. Poor service.
