On arrival we were greeted by pleasant staff who explained the facilities. The facilities were good however there was a very strong smell of drains. The locker facilities for using the spa facilities were not ideal as you had to go up to another floor to use them. Also if you wanted a hot drink you had to go back to use the one in reception which you had to get a token from the receptionist for.
Fantastic trip to the spa. Me and my friend has a really relaxing time and were surprised by how much was on offer!
